cod promod has a good balance and is therefore perfect for tournaments and punkbuster works really good so people don't just start yelling "cheater" when getting pawned.

But cod is not comparable to gta nab. In cod it is important to kill fast and to surprise your enemy. GTA is all about exact aiming, knowing the range of your weapon and (if you choose this playing style) hiding skills. They are 2 completely different games but I think GTA could have become really big if it wasn't such an easy target for hackers.
