The person that typed CLIP has to note the current time and make a screenshot of himself saying it. Without the screenshot and the time you can't start a conflict. Reasons to say CLIP can be:
- You suspect your enemy of using cheats or bugs.
- You saw your enemy using Q or a vehicle (except vehicles are allowed for the cup).
- You think your enemy lagged severely. [/td][/tr]
[tr][td]2. [/td][td]If a player disconnects, take a screenshot of the current match time and the whole team of the player who disconnected has to leave the match immediately. The remaining team has to take a screenshot of the scoreboard. Calculate the time or the kills that are left to finish the match and rehost.

Afterwards contact the admins of the cup with a link to the match page. It may be that there is no time to control the clips because one of the teams has to play the next match already. In that case the clips will be controlled after the cup. Do not repeatedly contact the admin without proper reason as it will be seen as immature and can lead to a temporary ban. There must be download links posted to the clips of all players before the admins start working on the conflict. Zip the clips and use www.megaupload.com to upload the files.

- Using Desynchronizations on purpose to be invisible for your enemy.
