Read the General Rules before you apply!


[table][tr][td]1. [/td][td]Xfire is mandatory for all cups so if you don't have it, go download it and create a profile at www.xfire.com.
Now make sure you have Xfire running and start GTA IV. [/td][/tr]
[tr][td]2. [/td][td]Change your graphic settings that you usually use to play online. It is not allowed to play cups using the highest settings. Preferably use similar settings as seen here.

IMPORTANT: Vsync must be set to "Off" for the benchmark to reach more than 59 fps.

[tr][td]3. [/td][td]Start the single player mode. Now go to the Graphics tab and choose "Benchmark" and wait for the benchmark test to finish. Make screenshots of the benchmark result with Xfire. You have to make sure that all information including your operating system is shown on the screenshots. Quit the game and upload the screenshots to your Xfire profile. [/td][/tr]
[tr][td]4. [/td][td]Now go to www.speedtest.net. Make a speedtest to Frankfurt, Germany. After the test, click on 'Share This Result' and save a screenshot of your whole monitor area (must be saved as PNG file) and upload it to www.tinypic.com. After the upload finished, save the direct link to the picture. [/td][/tr]
[tr][td]5. [/td][td]Almost done! Create a new topic in the Applications board, copy and paste the following form and fill everything out![/td][/tr]
