Shoot through the wall is definitely a glitch. its like the glitch at bomb da base II where you can jump down inside the ship. For me its ok to use it, cause it shows that you understood the game and played a lot. Everyone can use it, if he found out the secret, so dont cry heretic and go learn how to do it.

And for me the people who complain about the ambulances are not better, than heretic. rockstar gave us the ambulance cars as well as the glitches to use them. So let all people use it and dont offend them and call them noob. In fact u are the noob, if you cant handle with that. You are not worth to be called a good player, or pro, if you cant kill someone in a amb. car.

Its the same with the helis at the airport. Every game there somone complains: "Omg noob, helis are not allowed. Be a man and come down. id kill you there without a problem."-.- I laugh at that people, cause they are the real pussys. They are not cool, because they cant handle with that. A real pro would say nothing and just shoot the heli down as a man.
The funny thing is that mostely some of the so called "good players" make these complains, and kick the pilots next game.

If you know where good corners are and you use them for your advantage, where is the problem? To be always in a good position is a matter of skill and if you know you can't kill an enemy at this position because he is behind a wall you don't have to attack him there. Most people don't even shoot through walls but just go right and left near a wall like you even do it in your video. Easy kill because you know where people will come out. People that shoot through walls are usually no average players but have a high skill level and they could kill you without that bug with no problems too, Quest.
