A big part of San Andreas was the gambling part that looks like Las Vegas. The "V" obviously looks like the 5$ dollar note which could indicate that it's in Las Vegas again because of the gambling there. The Las Vegas-part in San Andreas actually was similar to Vice City because of the characters and the retro look. So, V could be like a mix of Vice City feeling and gambling stuff.

Seems to be a question of time till R* will let out smth proper.
Just hoping the trailer won't be a 10secs teaser saying
"coming somewhen next century for consoles only"
